Welcome to our website. By booking a session, accessing our services, 
or utilizing this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by 
the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before 
purchasing or scheduling any service.

1. SCOPE OF PRACTICE AND NON-MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

* No Medical Advice: The bio-energetic healing services offered are 
  strictly classified as complementary and alternative modalities.
* No Diagnosis or Treatment: The practitioner is not a licensed 
  medical doctor, psychiatrist, or healthcare provider. 
* Client Responsibility: Services do not diagnose, treat, cure, 
  or prevent any medical or psychological condition. 
* Medical Care Continuity: You must not alter or discontinue any 
  current medical treatments or prescriptions without consulting your 
  physician.

2. SESSION FORMATS AND REQUIREMENTS

[IN-PERSON SESSIONS]
* Health Screenings: You agree to reschedule your session if you 
  exhibit symptoms of communicable illnesses.
* Physical Touch Boundaries: Bio-energetic work may occasionally 
  involve light, non-invasive physical touch to locate or clear 
  blockages. 
* Consent: Touch is only utilized with your verbal consent and 
  within your explicit comfort boundaries.
* Right to Terminate: Any inappropriate behavior or boundary 
  crossings will result in immediate termination of the session 
  without a refund.

[REMOTE SESSIONS (ZOOM)]
* Tech Responsibility: You are solely responsible for securing a 
  stable internet connection, functional camera, and audio setup.
* Safe Physical Environment: You must join the Zoom session from a 
  private, safe, and quiet indoor space.
* No Driving: Sessions will be instantly terminated if you are 
  operating a moving vehicle.
* Emergency Info: You must provide your physical location address 
  and a valid emergency contact prior to the remote session.

3. BOOKING, PAYMENT, AND FINANCIAL POLICIES

* Advance Payments: All session fees must be paid in full at the 
  time of booking to secure your time slot.
* Cancellation Window: You must provide at least 24 hours' notice 
  to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
* Late Cancellations: Cancellations made under the 24-hour mark 
  will forfeit the full session fee.
* No-Shows: If you fail to show up or log into Zoom within 15 
  minutes of the start time, the session is canceled with no 
  refund given.

4. CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGMENTS AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

* Variable Outcomes: Energy healing outcomes are highly subjective; 
  no specific emotional or physical results are guaranteed.
* Integration Period: You acknowledge that bio-energetic shifts 
  can temporarily cause emotional processing or physical fatigue.
* Voluntary Participation: You affirm that you are participating 
  completely of your own free will and assume all associated risks.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY

* Strict Privacy: All personal disclosures, intake paperwork, and 
  session discussions remain strictly confidential.
* Exceptions to Policy: Confidentiality is waived if the practitioner 
  perceives an imminent risk of harm to yourself or others.
* No Recording: Recording any portion of a Zoom session by either 
  party is strictly prohibited without explicit written consent.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

* Maximum Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the 
  practitioner's liability is strictly limited to the total fee paid 
  for the specific session in question.
* Excluded Damages: The practitioner is not liable for any direct, 
  indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the 
  use or misuse of these services.
